My name is Alex Pritchard and after 25 years in the construction industry in Scotland I moved to Creuse and spent the first couple of years renovating our house including adding an extension to house an indoor swimming pool. 

In July 2008 I registered as a builder with the Chambre de Metiers.  I understand that while a lot of people who move to France have the skills necessary to complete full renovation projects, not everyone is a D.I.Y. genius and sometimes it’s the little jobs that cause the biggest problems. 

With that in mind I am registered and insured to provide various trades so whether you need flat pack furniture put together or a curtain rail put up or larger jobs or you just need labour to help you on your renovation, I can help.  I aim to provide a handyman service with no job too small and I am fully insured.
